Description
Farmington Country Club is gearing up for the Spring and Summer seasons, and we're looking for a Pool Manager to join our Aquatics team. The Pool Manager is responsible for assisting the Aquatics Coordinator with managing the daily operations of the Club's swimming facilities, including but not limited to safety, cleanliness, and overall appearance. The Pool Manager will also be assisting with training and supervising of pool staff in all matters of pool safety, operating procedures, and member service.

- Understands the importance of safety and cleanliness, especially as it pertains to aquatics and pool environments;
- Has flexible scheduling requirements from late April through August 2023.
Qualifications
Qualifications:
- Previous experience working in a pool operation with a competitive swim program;
- A minimum of two (2) years of supervisory experience with a similar pool facility;
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office, to include Word, Excel, and Outlook;
- Professional communication skills, a high level of organizational skills, and good attention to detail
Certifications:
- American Red Cross or equivalent Lifeguard Training or higher;
- American Red Cross or equivalent CPR for the Professional Rescuer;
- American Red Cross or equivalent AED Training;
- Aquatic Facility Operator or Certified Pool Operator Certification preferred
Salary : $18 - $20
