We’re hiring an HR Business Partner.
Our Clean Mobility Division is looking for an HR Business Partner for its manufacturing facility in Franklin, OH to support the HR Manager in the day-to-day HR management, in accordance with the Group's human resources policies and procedures.
You’ll work on challenges that matter.
This job will require you to:
- Assist the HR Manager in personnel administration, implementation of group HR policies and their follow-up, staffing issues, and industrial relations.
- Propose action plans and participate in their deployment.
- Collect information and prepare reports in line with Group HR policies for month-end figures and follow up indicators.
- Ensure that the organization complies with labor laws.
- Maintain employee files and answer employee queries related to payroll and benefits.
- Participate in training or Health Safety & Environment (HSE) issues if necessary.
- Ensure site compliance with ADA, FMLA, EEO, AAP, … regulations.
- Contribute to all tasks related to daily reporting.
- Act as site communication correspondent.
- Adhere to the Code of Ethics.
- Adhere to the Code of Management.
The ideal candidate.
To succeed in this position, you will ideally have:
- Bachelor's Degree in HR or related field.
- A first experience in the HR function within a industrial environment.
- Familiar with HR Information systems as well as MS office.
- International mind set.
- Good interpersonal skills.
