We are looking for an experienced HR Business Partner to join our team in Richmond, Indiana. This contract position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to key human resources functions, including employee relations, policy enforcement, and performance management. The ideal candidate will bring a strategic approach to HR practices while ensuring compliance and fostering a positive workplace environment.Responsibilities:• Manage employee relations by addressing concerns, resolving conflicts, and ensuring fair treatment across the organization.• Develop, implement, and enforce HR policies in alignment with company goals and legal requirements.• Conduct thorough investigations into employee relations issues and provide recommendations for resolution.• Support performance management processes, including reviewing employee progress and collaborating with leadership on improvement plans.• Maintain accurate and confidential HR records to ensure compliance with regulations.• Provide HR expertise to guide leaders in decision-making and workforce planning.• Actively contribute to initiatives promoting employee engagement and organizational culture.• Deliver training sessions on HR policies and best practices to employees and managers.• Collaborate with the leadership team to identify and address workforce challenges.• Ensure HR practices align with company objectives and support a positive employee experience.

Salary : $32 - $37
