Schedule: 12 hour Shifts
Pay: Starting at $16.00
We are seeking kindhearted and energetic Assistant Caregivers who have a genuine desire to help seniors. The purpose of this position is to provide a broad range of support services to our Assisted Living residents.

Responsibilities
- Document care provided and report any changes in resident's condition.
- Provide companionship and emotional support to clients.
- Perform welfare checks on residents.
- Document and report care provided and resident observations.
- Provide physical assistance, laundry & bedding assistance, meal preparation, and light housekeeping.
- Assist with mobility and transfers, using proper lifting techniques.
- Maintain a positive and professional demeanor toward residents, visitors, families, and co-workers.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent required.
- Must pass a pre-employment drug test and background check.
- Coachable and the willingness and ability to learn.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to handle challenging behaviors with patience and empathy.
- Ability to provide compassionate patient care.
Certificates needed and/or must be obtained upon hire:
- CPR and First Aid: Current certification required.
- Fingerprint Clearance: A valid Level 1 fingerprint clearance card is mandatory.
- TB Test: Proof of a current negative TB test must be submitted prior to the start date.
