We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Receptionist/Administrative Assistant. In this role, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and administrative support to our office.
Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner
- Answer phone calls, take messages, and direct calls to the appropriate person
- Schedule appointments and maintain calendars for multiple staff members
- Assist with various administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and photocopying
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail and packages
- Maintain office supplies and order new supplies as needed
- Coordinate meetings and conferences, including booking meeting rooms and arranging catering
- Perform general clerical duties, including typing, scanning, and organizing documents
Skills:
- Front desk experience in a professional setting
- Knowledge of medical administrative support is a plus
- Proficiency in Eaglesoft or similar dental software is preferred for dental receptionist positions
- Familiarity with eClinicalWorks or other medical office software is a plus
- Experience working in a dental or medical office is highly desirable
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Attention to detail and accuracy in all work performed

To be successful in this role, candidates should meet the following requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education or certification is a plus
- Previous experience as a receptionist or administrative assistant is preferred
- Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
- Strong customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanor
