Fidelity TalentSource is hiring a OPERATIONS DELIVERY SPECIALIST to work at Fidelity in Westlake, Texas, or Durham, North Carolina.
This is a contract role that can last up to one year and pays $22.00 an hour.

The Role:
The Operations Delivery Specialist is a member of the Operations Delivery team and is responsible for providing the best service to our grant recommended Non-Profit organizations. The Operations Delivery Specialist will build relationships with the organizations and provide timely and accurate processing of enrollments into our Electronic Funds Transfer Program (EFT). The Operations Delivery Specialist will perform required due diligence on enrollment forms and help identify what organizations should be targeted for the program. As a member of FCs Service Delivery team, the Operations Delivery Specialist will be part of a highly motivated, fast paced team, must have a strong understanding of service operations, and must be able to manage priorities well.
Primary Responsibilities:
  • Process contributions of cash equivalents and securities
  • Coordinate the transfer of mutual fund contributions held outside of Fidelity by delivering the necessary paperwork to Fidelitys Transfer of Assets department and then tracking the status of the pending transactions
  • Contact donors and/or contra-brokers to facilitate the delivery of pending contributions
  • Serve as back-up for the processing of account opening and account change requests
  • Ensure daily work meets accuracy standards and is completed in a timely manner, with appropriate tracking and escalation of aging items
  • Suggest process improvements and system enhancements that will increase efficiency and/or mitigate risk to the organization
  • Build effective business relationships with Fidelity business partners with whom the position interfaces, including OSG, Legal Transfer, Banking Services, TOA and Deliveries
  • Maintain up-to-date procedures for those functions for which responsible
The Expertise and Skills you bring:
  • Bachelor's degree and 2 years of experience in customer service or service operations
  • Strong and effective verbal and written communication skills
  • Demonstrates attention to detail, with good follow-through
  • Strong interpersonal, planning, multi-tasking, and time leadership skills
  • Demonstrates strong problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and within tight deadlines
  • Demonstrates ability to identify and mitigate potential areas of risk
  • Technical proficiency
  • Ability to meet overtime commitments
  • Proven understanding of Fidelity systems such as XTRAC, RepApp, Genesys (not required)
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications required
  • Work hours are MF 8:30 a.m. 5:00 p.m. CT, with extended hours as needed
