HOURS: Regular full-time 40 hours. Over-time may be required.
SUMMARY: Provide the best service possible to all customers while following proper procedures and guidelines, contributing to the growth and profitability of the bank. Assist loan officers throughout the entire loan process, including, processing applications, ordering related documentation, preparing disclosures and closing (loan) documents. Working, and clearing documentation and financial information exceptions. Answer routine questions and customer inquiries. Researches and resolves routine problems. Ability to organize and prioritize a heavy workload in a fast paced environment while meeting critical deadlines.
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:
- High school diploma or equivalent. Some college preferred.
- One or more years of experience working with loan documentation preferred.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Order pre-closing due diligence such as title work, appraisals, flood determinations, and payoffs
- Produce commercial, residential and consumer loan documents and disclosures,
- Assist Compliance Officer with CRA/HMDA Reporting.
- Processes required reports needed by officers, customers, and other bank personnel.
- Train, assist and relieve co-workers as needed.
- Work with other departments in a fashion that will allow timely and accurate processing of information while offering the lending officer’s the time needed to market our products and services outside the bank.
- Train as required on BSA and other Compliance policies and procedures.

- Computer Skills – Intermediate to advanced user of all Microsoft Office software (Word, Excel). Word- ability to compose correspondence and other communication. Excel- prepare various financial spreadsheets and reports. Ability to learn new technical skills and commitment to pursuing continuing education opportunities.

ADA REQUIREMENTS: Work is performed in an open office setting; one must be able to concentrate & perform work in an area that will likely result in the interruptions of one's duties. May be required to stand for long periods of time and to lift items weighing up to 25 lbs.
