Real Estate Acquisitions Agent
*MUST HAVE SALES EXPERIENCE*
First Choice Home Buyers is currently looking for an Acquisitions Sales Agent
We are looking for a candidate that is passionate, driven, focused and has a willingness to learn. This position has the ability to produce an income in excess of 250k. We will offer salary plus commission on a trial basis. You must be willing to work in a fast-paced environment and handle appointments and follow-ups in a timely manner. We have a family oriented team setting and we are looking for someone who will fit right in with the rest of our team. You can expect to take 10-15 appointments per week that will already be scheduled for you by our Lead Manager.
Real Estate Leads Manager Qualifications & Skills:
Must have Extensive Sales Experience
Have strong phone skills, and ability to connect with a variety of people
Must be Self-Motivated, Positive and a Team Player
Must be able to think quick on your feet and overcome objections
Must be able to work Mon-Sat
Huge desire to Succeed

Complete Tasks in a timely manner
Acquisition Agent Responsibilities & Duties:
Make Follow-Up calls
Build Rapport with sellers
Collect information from prospective sellers
Follow up with leads until they are ready to sell
Work closely with Acquisitions Manager to ensure follow-through with interested sellers

Expected Commission Annually: $80,000.00 to $150,000.00 /year
