Design, develop, test, and implement RPA solutions. Create technical documentation required for automation development. Participate in technical reviews to ensure the highest level of process design and process understanding prior to automation development. Collaborate with team members to ensure proper implementation and integration of the solutions. Collaborate with application support team for bot deployments and bot troubleshooting. Collaborate with business team and product team to understand the needs in order to design and develop an RPA solution. Support the launch and implementation of RPA processes. Troubleshoot production issues outside of work hours. Create, update, and maintain Developer Standards around RPA best practices. Investigate and document better practices or alternative solutions for future development. May work remotely pursuant to First Citizens' Remote Work Guidelines policy.
Qualifications
Position requires a Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field plus two (2) years of experience in the job offered or two (2) years of experience in a Software Engineering related occupation.
Position requires experience with: 1) Automation Anywhere, UIPath, or BluePrism; 2) Agile Projects and day-to-day Agile routines; 3) C/C , Java, Python, or Javascript; 4) SQL or NoSQL; 5) RPA Solutions including Trade Finance Operations, Onboarding Customers, and Insurance Claims Processing. May work remotely pursuant to First Citizens' Remote Work Guidelines policy. This is a remote role that may be hired in several markets across the United States
The base pay for this position is generally between $155,000 and $185,000. Actual starting base pay will be determined based on skills, experience, location, and other non-discriminatory factors permitted by law. For some roles, total compensation may also include variable incentives, bonuses, benefits, and/or other awards as outlined in the offer of employment.
