Job Description:
The Account Executive is responsible for calling on potential customers to generate opportunities and close deals electronically. Must be an excellent
communicator, be fun, be curious, be excellent at uncovering pain points, have superior people skills be comfortable presenting products as well as dealing with customer doubts. This is a fully remote role and may require some travel when conditions allow for it.
Responsibilities and Duties
- Qualify leads and identify client needs.
- Close multiple sales each week
- Transfer enthusiasm and positive energy
- Develop and present sales proposals online
- Interface with internal teams
- Work with management to develop presentations and Q&A using scripts that drive sales
- Educate customers about our products or our company
- Follow up on open questions and action items taken
- Involve the executive team when needed
- Enter and update customer information in the Salesforce CRM database
- Keep records of calls and sales and note useful information in Salesforce CRM
- Go the “extra mile” to meet sales quota and facilitate future sales
- Handle grievances to preserve the company’s reputation.
Qualifications and Skills
- Proven experience as a closer
- Must have successful sales experience
- Proven track record of successfully meeting sales quota
- Curiosity and the ability/desire to learn
- Clearly articulate the benefits of buying the products/solutions the company offers as well as the downside of not acting
- The ability to determine and satisfy the true needs of the customer
- Experience with SAAS products and sales
- Good knowledge of Salesforce CRM and CPQ software
- Excellent English communication and interpersonal skills
- A cool temper and ability to handle rejection
- Outstanding negotiation skills with the ability to overcome objections
- Ability to operate independently in an environment with limited resources
- Associates or bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or related area is a plus
- A consultative approach to sales
- Present well in person and online
- A proven ability for self-promotion
- Must have ability to work from home
- Fleet Management Solution industry knowledge is a plus

be detailed to any prospective, qualified candidate.
