What You’ll Be Doing
Facility & Equipment Maintenance
- Perform preventative maintenance and routine inspections
- Troubleshoot and repair shop equipment (welders, saws, lasers, air systems, etc.)
- Handle basic repairs to plumbing, electrical, and HVAC systems
- Schedule and manage outside contractors (HVAC, pest control, fire systems, etc.)
- Act as point of contact for inspections and external maintenance services
- Support internal layout changes, workstation setups, and light equipment moves
- Maintain records of completed tasks, inspections, and repairs
- Track spare parts and manage inventory of maintenance supplies
- Follow OSHA safety standards and promote a safe working environment

- 3 years of experience in facility or industrial maintenance
- Comfortable with basic electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and general building upkeep
- Familiarity with shop equipment and tools
- Strong organizational skills and follow-through
- Ability to communicate clearly and professionally, especially with vendors
- Physically able to lift 50 lbs, bend, climb ladders, and move throughout the facility
- Experience with Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and ERP systems is a plus
