We are seeking a polished, professional, and customer service-driven Workplace Concierge to join our corporate team in New York. As the face of the workplace, you will play a key role in creating a welcoming and seamless experience for all employees, guests, and visitors.
- Position: Forrest Solutions Workplace Concierge
- Location: 151 W 42nd St, New York, NY 10036
- Pay Rate: $25-25.5
- Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
- Assignment Type: Full-Time, direct hire with Forrest Solutions
We are seeking a polished, professional, and customer service-driven Workplace Concierge to join our corporate team in New York, NY. As the face of the workplace, you will play a key role in creating a welcoming and seamless experience for all employees, guests, and visitors.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet, welcome, and direct visitors in a warm and professional manner
- Answer, screen, and forward incoming calls; provide general information as needed
- Maintain workplace security by managing access, monitoring visitor logs, and issuing badges
- Anticipate and address employee and guest needs to personalize their workplace experience
- Maintain and update appointment calendars, meetings, and conference room bookings
- Act as the primary contact for all onsite vendors
- Manage incoming communications, emails, and the Workplace ticketing system
- Follow up on service requests and help ensure compliance with service-level agreements (SLAs)
- Perform general administrative tasks including filing, photocopying, and faxing
- Support the broader Workplace Team with projects and tasks as needed
- Ensure reception and common areas remain tidy, stocked, and welcoming
Qualifications:
- Strong customer service orientation with a professional, corporate presence
- Prior front desk, hospitality, or office coordination experience preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)
- Experience with multi-line phone systems
- Familiarity with Workplace or ticketing software is a plus
- Ability to lift 50 pounds as needed (support for catering/event setup)
- Catering or vendor coordination experience is a plus
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Training will be provided
