Job Description:
We are looking for a skilled Audio-Video Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for setting up, operating, and maintaining audio-visual equipment for events, presentations, and conference rooms. The role involves ensuring seamless integration of audio-visual elements to create an engaging experience for participants.
Responsibilities:
- Install, configure, and operate audio and visual equipment, including projectors, sound systems, microphones, mixers, and conference room systems.
- Ensure proper cabling, connections, and signal flow for optimal performance.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external parties to meet technical requirements.
- Regularly inspect and maintain AV equipment for functionality.
- Troubleshoot technical issues during live events and rehearsals.
- Calibrate audio and visual systems for optimal performance.
- Provide technical support during events, conferences, and other activities.
- Record and manage recordings for the Executive Team as needed.
- Attend pre-meeting sessions to test and prepare conference room equipment.
- Support digital signage, including content management and troubleshooting.
- Provide Level-1 Desktop Support, including diagnosing issues with user accounts, connectivity, and applications like Microsoft Teams, Webex, and Zoom.
Qualifications:
- Proficiency in operating and maintaining audio and visual equipment.
- Experience in providing technical support, particularly in a corporate environment.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.

Contract
Compensation: $30.00 - $35.00 per hour
