Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the full sales cycle: prospecting, qualifying, presenting, and closing.
- Identify and pursue upsell and cross-sell opportunities within existing accounts.
- Maintain accurate CRM records and pipeline forecasts (Salesforce).
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth order fulfillment and delivery.
- Provide exceptional customer service and clear, proactive communication.
- Share market insights and customer feedback with marketing and product teams.
- Attend sales events, trade shows, and customer meetings as required.
Qualifications:
- 2 years of experience in sales or business development
- Demonstrated success managing end-to-end sales cycles
- Strong consultative communication and persuasion skills
- Experience using Salesforce and other sales enablement tools
- Highly organized and capable of managing multiple opportunities simultaneously
- Comfortable with LinkedIn outreach and networking
- Technical curiosity or familiarity with electronic or test equipment is a plus
