Current Frost employees must apply using the Careers application in Workday (not through this site) Job Description As a Correspondent Banking Officer II with Frost, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining correspondent bank relationships within an assigned geographic territory. Responsibilities will include promoting and selling products to existing and prospective correspondent bank customers via phone calls and appointments; selling primary fee income products including but not limited to: DDA, cash letter processing, safekeeping/custody services, capital markets, vault services, and treasury management products; actively seeking referrals for Frost Capital, FMG, Frost Insurance, and International; and conducting monthly reports and credit maintenance. The candidate will travel extensively to coordinate all activities relative to obtaining new relationships while also maintaining existing accounts; coordinate all credit requests with appropriate lending authorities; and attend various banking association activities in order to remain involved within the industry. Required: Excellent written and verbal communication skills Excellent customer services skills Ability to sell correspondent products to financial institutions Previous experience in banking Preferred: Bachelor’s degree in business or related field Previous experience in correspondent banking
