Responsibilities :
Prepare and record invoices and accounts receivable from various parties.
Review customer accounts and resolve outstanding issues.
Process payments, prepare deposits, and post to accounts.
Reconcile accounts monthly and follow up on discrepancies.
Process refunds, return checks, and analyze patient revenue.
Prepare monthly journal entries and assist with tax reports.
Support executive reports and capital expenditure tracking.
Assist with audit work papers and depreciation reports.
Resolve vendor account issues and maintain accuracy.
Prepare ad hoc reports and assist with budgeting and forecasting.
Manage cost and profit center modules, and project system entries.
Requirements :
Associate’s Degree or 12 hours of accounting coursework.
2-3 years in a similar accounting role.
Proficient in MS Excel and Word.
10-Key by touch (8,000 KSPH).
Strong communication and bookkeeping knowledge.
