Scrum Master
We are seeking a Scrum Master to oversee sprint execution and delivery coordination across development initiatives. This role will focus on structured planning, progress tracking, and ensuring consistent momentum toward project goals.
Your regular activities will include:
- Facilitate sprint planning, daily stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives.
- Manage all workflow and sprint tracking using Jira.
- Identify and remove blockers to maintain delivery timelines.
- Coordinate backlog grooming and work prioritization.
- Communicate project status and risks to stakeholders clearly and consistently.
Required Skills:
- Minimum of 4 years of relevant experience in a similar role.
- Active DoD Secret clearance and U.S. citizenship required.
- Valid ITIL Foundation certification or higher.
- Proficient in Jira; experience with ServiceNow is a plus.
- Certified Scrum Master (CSM), PMI-ACP, or equivalent preferred.
- Must be a US Citizen
Salary range: $75K-$85K, depending on experience
