Area Training Manager – Restaurants

We're seeking an Area Training Manager to join a growth-focused and dynamic team in the Kansas City area. What You Bring

  • Proven Expertise : At least 3 years of hospitality leadership experience, with multi-unit training and high-volume operations in your repertoire. Experience with New Restaurant Openings (NROs) is a big plus.
  • People-Centric Leadership : Exceptional interpersonal skills to lead and inspire at all levels, driving a culture of learning and development.
  • Analytical Mindset : A data-driven approach combined with strong organizational skills to implement effective solutions.
  • Your Responsibilities

  • Oversee Crew and Manager Training Programs , ensuring the highest standards of performance.
  • Conduct restaurant visits to evaluate training needs and provide operational support.
  • Facilitate key training certifications, including ServSafe and Train the Trainer programs.
  • Support New Restaurant Openings by providing strategic planning and leadership.
  • Partner with Area Leaders to analyze training performance and design corrective actions.
  • Identify and develop internal talent for future leadership roles.
  • What We Offer

  • Competitive Salary Range : $78,000–$95,000 (based on experience).
  • Generous Quarterly Bonus : Up to 10% annually (paid quarterly)
  • Allowances : Generous car and cell phone allowance

  • Relocation Assistance : Including a transitional period of up to a few months.

    Key Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree preferred, but a diploma or equivalent with applicable experience is accepted.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Word).
  • Ability to travel up to 100% within the assigned area.
  • Valid driver’s license required.
