Position Overview

As a Hospitality Renovation Superintendent, you will be instrumental in directing all phases of construction projects, from the initial phases of planning to the final execution. Key Responsibilities

• Oversee all stages of construction projects, ensuring effective planning, scheduling, and implementation.
• Allocate resources efficiently for assigned projects to maximize performance.
• Supervise onsite personnel and subcontractors, cultivating a collaborative and effective work environment.
• Act as a liaison among project inspectors, contractors, architects, engineers, city and county officials, and clients to ensure seamless coordination.
• Uphold high standards of workmanship that comply with the original plans and specifications, ensuring client satisfaction.
  
  

Required Skills

• Demonstrated experience in hotel/timeshare renovation or similar construction fields.
• Exceptional customer service skills, dedicated to building strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
• Knowledge of construction management software, especially Procore, is advantageous.

• Outstanding negotiation skills and meticulous attention to detail.
