Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the evolution of premium auditing by establishing and upholding exceptional technical standards for our team comprising field auditors, virtual auditors, and reviewers.
  • Design and implement comprehensive training programs to empower team members with critical knowledge and competencies.
  • Facilitate ongoing enhancements by conducting thorough quality reviews and analyzing audit outcomes to pinpoint areas for improvement.
  • Position our organization as a thought leader in the industry by sharing your insights through external presentations, workshops, and publications.
  • Collaborate effectively with a high-performing team, engaging with field managers, audit service managers, and stakeholders to meet collective goals.

Required Skills

  • A Bachelor's degree alongside 5-7 years of experience in insurance Premium Audit.
  • In-depth understanding of NCCI and ISO manual rules and their application within premium auditing frameworks.
  • Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven track record in developing and delivering impactful training initiatives.
  • Strong analytical abilities and problem-solving skills with a commitment to continuous improvement.
  • Familiarity with quality assurance processes and recognized best practices.

Qualifications

  • A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
  • 5-7 years of professional experience specializing in insurance Premium Audit.
