- Develop and maintain engaging learning content, tools, and programs aligned with legal standards.
- Collaborate with experts to create tailored learning solutions for our employees.
- Design, analyze, and refine content using proven methodologies.
- Define learning objectives, structure, and assessments.
- Conduct in-depth content analysis and align it with audience needs and business processes.
- Develop high-quality learning materials, including presentations, guides, activities, and assessments.
- Collaborate closely with Subject Matter Experts to ensure content accuracy and effectiveness.
- Manage projects independently, meeting deadlines and addressing challenges proactively.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders to ensure project success.
- 3 years of experience developing instructor-led, eLearning, or virtual training in a technical environment, preferably in the utility industry.
- Strong technical writing skills.
- In-depth knowledge of adult learning theory and instructional design methodologies.
- Proficiency in PowerPoint and Word.
- Familiarity with Excel.
- Ability to prioritize multiple projects and work under pressure.
- Experience with QuestionMark and Author-It.
- Ability to thrive in a high-performing team environment.
- Strong safety knowledge.
- Strong ILT design skills
- Adaptability and flexibility to address changing client needs and priorities
- Ability to work under tight deadlines and deliver high-quality results
