Job Description:
About the Role:
Join our team as a Medical Technician and play a vital role in providing accurate and timely laboratory results. You will perform routine laboratory tests, monitor automated procedures, and contribute to the overall efficiency of our laboratory operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform laboratory tests according to established procedures and guidelines.
- Operate and maintain laboratory equipment, including automated analyzers.
- Review and release test results, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Adhere to quality control measures and documentation requirements.
- Maintain a safe and organized laboratory environment.
- Comply with CLIA, HIPAA, OSHA, and safety regulations.
- Provide excellent customer service to patients and other laboratory personnel.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Chemistry or Biology, or Associate's degree in Laboratory Science or Medical Technology preferred.
- 1-3 years of clinical laboratory experience preferred.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Attention to detail and ability to work independently.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
