- Lead planning, execution, and oversight of large-scale programs and projects aligned with organizational goals and priorities.
- Define program scope, objectives, deliverables, and success criteria; develop project plans, schedules, and budgets.
- Establish governance structures, communication channels, and stakeholder engagement strategies.
- Manage internal and external cross-functional project teams to execute tasks, resolve issues, and mitigate risks.
- Monitor program performance metrics; track milestones and report progress, risks, and issues to senior management.
- Drive change management, decision-making processes, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Mentor and coach junior program managers and project team members to foster collaboration and development.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Engineering, or a related field
- 6-9 years of experience in program/project management with increasing responsibility
- Proven ability to manage complex programs from initiation to closure
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills to engage stakeholders at all levels
- Proficient problem-solving and decision-making capabilities
- Knowledge of project management methodologies (PMBOK, Agile, Waterfall)
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in fast-paced, dynamic settings
- Master’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or related field
- PMP certification or equivalent
- Experience in technology, engineering, or product development environments
- Familiarity with tools such as Microsoft Project, JIRA, and Smartsheet
- Understanding of industry-specific regulations and standards
- Prior experience in leadership roles or managing cross-functional teams
