About the Role:We're seeking a highly skilled QA Analyst to join our team and play a pivotal role in our large-scale program testing initiatives. As a key member of our Business Testing Center of Excellence, you'll work closely with business partners to ensure the quality and success of our products and services.
Responsibilities:
- Business Testing Leadership: Manage and execute comprehensive business testing, including User Acceptance Testing (UAT), for complex projects within the banking and financial industry.
- Test Planning and Execution: Develop and implement robust test strategies, plans, and cases. Oversee test execution, defect tracking, and reporting.
- Stakeholder Management: Collaborate effectively with business stakeholders to understand requirements, prioritize testing efforts, and address issues promptly.
- Agile and Waterfall Methodologies: Leverage your experience in both Agile and Waterfall methodologies to adapt to different project environments.
- Tool Proficiency: Utilize tools like JIRA and JTMF to streamline testing processes and track progress.
- Risk Management: Identify, assess, and mitigate risks to ensure project success.
- Team Collaboration: Mentor and guide team members, fostering a collaborative and efficient work environment.
- 5 years of experience in managing complex testing projects with minimal supervision
- 5 years of experience in business testing, specifically UAT
- 5 years of experience in the banking and financial industry
- 5 years of experience in Agile and Waterfall methodologies
- 5 years of experience in creating and maintaining test documentation (e.g., test strategy, test plan, test cases)
- 3 years of experience with JIRA and JTMF
- Strong understanding of AML regulations
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Experience with Test Data Management (TDM)
- Experience with Confluence
- Experience with system conversion and data warehouse testing
- Knowledge of SQL and other relevant testing tools
