As a Customer Service Representative:
As a Customer Service Representative:
To serve and grow the book of clients by providing general administrative services by performing required tasks in support of agency insurance sales and service needs. The valuable assistance this position provides directly impacts the sales and operations efforts of the agency by allowing supported positions to focus more time on client service and sales in the areas of small commercial lines.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Key data into agency software for producing quotes
- Compile quote results
- Process renewal paperwork
- Take phone calls from clients when agents are busy
- Provide direct customer service on a limited basis as authorized by management
- Process data and paperwork related to policy changes
- Prepare account summaries and other internal documents
Additional Tasks:
- Proactively reaching out to clients
- Conducting ongoing account reviews
- Generating referrals for personal lines and other departments
Qualifications:
- Good organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently
- Ability to learn and adapt to new computer programs and automation skills very quickly
- Prior work experience in an insurance agency is an advantage
- Other tasks as required by the operations
- MUST be speaking fluently in Lithuanian
Wages and Compensation:
- We offer competitive wages 35k-45k to start based on experiences
