Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and guide Chef Managers at multiple locations.
- Ensure the consistent execution of recipes, adherence to safety standards, and high food quality.
- Oversee the training and continuous development of kitchen staff.
- Maintain and enhance quality and compliance in both contract and retail dining programs.
- Foster innovation and operational excellence in a test kitchen setting.
Requirements:
- Formal culinary education (Associate’s Degree or higher).
- At least 2 years of experience in high-volume culinary operations.
- Strong knowledge of HACCP and food safety standards.
- Familiarity with digital/menu management systems is a plus.
- Flexibility to work a varied schedule, including weekends and holidays (approx. 50 hours/week).
