- 2 years of B2B account management experience of a technical manufactured product
- Strong solution-based account management, negotiation, and communication skills
- Proven ability to build relationships and close deals; Track record of driving new business
- Proficiency in Microsoft Dynamics CRM, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook
- Bachelors degree or equivalent experience
- Develop and implement effective account growth strategies in collaboration with leadership.
- Identify and engage new business opportunities through warm leads, networking, and trade shows.
- Manage and grow commercial, OEM, and institutional accounts.
- Execute sales plans to meet or exceed quotas and revenue targets.
- Conduct customer meetings to assess needs and solutions in person, via phone, and video.
- Prepare formal quotes in coordination with internal teams.
- Utilize CRM and other business systems for communication and process improvement.
- Leverage data analytics to refine market strategies and achieve sales goals.
- Domestic travel required (~20%).
