Key Responsibilities

• Lead daily resort and property rental operations
• Hire, train, and manage seasonal and full-time staff
• Ensure top-tier guest service, cleanliness, and safety
• Manage payroll, budgets, inventory, and vendor relations
• Oversee bookings, housekeeping, zoning, and permits
• Drive branding, marketing, and growth initiatives
• Collaborate on F&B operations and menu planning
• Collaborate on growth development ideas and strategies for current projects and new acquisitions.
  
  

Requirements

• 5 years in hotel/resort operations management
• Strong leadership and financial skills
• Proficiency with POS, scheduling, and accounting tools (e.g., Square, 7Shifts, QuickBooks)
• Knowledge of zoning and property management
• High school diploma required; bachelor’s degree preferred
• Bonus: Marketing and social media experience
