Job Purpose:
The Receptionist maintains the reception desk, provides outstanding customer service, and coordinates company events. Additionally, this role will provide backup support for the Sales Coordinator at their respective branch location
Responsibilities:
Performs the duties and responsibilities commensurate with the assigned functional area within a department(s) which may include, but are not limited to, any combination of the following tasks:
- Quickly take all incoming calls and route to the appropriate destination.
- Greet incoming customers and visitors.
- Provide outstanding, high-quality, professional customer service to both our internal and external customers.
- Order and maintain office supplies based on inventory.
- Plan and arrange catering for sales demos, branch meetings, and ad hoc departmental requests.
- Assist in the training of any team members or assigned replacements in anticipated absence.
- Continually look for opportunities to improve processes and identify ways in which to increase the efficiency and profitability.
- Organize and maintain inventory levels of dealer marketing materials.
- Provide backup support for Sales Coordinators including assistance with sales daily reporting, assembling RFPs, pulling customer trending reports and preparing various sales materials for proposal as needed.
- Support data entry as well as labeling/ stuffing mailings for Sales Representatives as needed.
- Provide support for new hire sales start up materials as requested.
- Miscellaneous job duties as assigned.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Excellent organizational skills
- Excellent customer service skills
- Good written and oral communication skills
- Ability to multi-task
- Proficient with Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and Outlook
Salary : $29,400 - $37,300
