This highly reputable and well-established Restoration Construction Company is URGENTLY seeking a top quality Large Loss Project Manager to join their team! With a great reputation and continual flow of repeat/new clients, they are in need of skilled and experienced individuals like you!

Requirements

• Experience- Restoration/ Mitigation Construction Required
• Education: High School Diploma- GED/Associates/ Bachelor's degree preferred
• Computer literacy required
• Xactimate experience HIGHLY preferred
• IICRC certifications HIGHLY preferred
• Preferred programs Autocad, Bluebeam, Procore, Excel.
• Demonstrating sound knowledge in fire, water, and flood restoration
• Valid Driver's License
  
  

Duties And Responsibilities

• Manage construction schedule and activities
• Ability to anticipate problems and proactively come up with solutions.
• Monitor quality of all workmanship in detail. Stop work when necessary and provide training to independent contractors as needed.
• Use your creative problem-solving skills to resolve construction and budget issues.
