Key Responsibilities
- Manage a book of personal lines accounts, including auto, home, renters, umbrella, and other property & casualty coverages.
- Provide excellent customer service by promptly responding to client inquiries, processing policy changes, and resolving issues.
- Assist clients with renewals, endorsements, billing, and claims support.
- Review policies for accuracy, coverage adequacy, and compliance with company standards.
- Identify opportunities to cross-sell or up-sell additional insurance products to meet client needs.
- Collaborate with producers, underwriters, and carriers to ensure smooth policy placement and servicing.
- Maintain accurate records in the agency management system.
- 2 years of experience in personal lines insurance account management.
- Active Minnesota Property & Casualty insurance license (or ability to obtain).
- Strong knowledge of personal lines coverages, underwriting, and carrier guidelines.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency with agency management systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
