Responsibilities
- Greet guests promptly and warmly as they arrive.
- Manage reservations and seating arrangements efficiently.
- Provide information about menu items and promotions.
- Assist in organizing waiting lists and managing guest flow.
- Coordinate with waitstaff to ensure timely service to guests.
- Ensure that the entrance and dining areas are clean and inviting.
- Handle guest inquiries and concerns in a courteous manner.
Requirements
- Previous experience in a hospitality or customer service role preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
- A friendly and positive demeanor that reflects superb customer service.
- Familiarity with reservation systems and basic POS functions.
- Ability to stand for long periods and lift light items when necessary.
