Position Summary:
The Counter Attendant at La Texanita is responsible for providing great guest service to all guests in a fast-paced environment in the Marketplace at Graton Resort & Casino. Duties range from taking guest orders, upselling, cash handling, delivery of food and beverages and keeping area cleaned, organized and stocked.

Essential Functions:
1. Responsible for practicing, supporting and promoting Graton Resort & Casino's Company-wide culture and demonstrating Graton Resort & Casino's Service Standards at all times.
2. Greet guests with a smile and a pleasant disposition in a timely manner.
3. Use suggestive selling techniques.
4. Maintain cleanliness and ensure that supplies in outlet areas are well stocked.
5. Operate the Point of Sale system, cash handling, and accurately record guest's orders.
6. Resolve guest complaints.
7. Complete side work and any additional daily tasks.
8. Follow health and safety guidelines at all times.
