Position Summary:
The Recruitment Manager is responsible for overseeing all recruitment and selection processes while ensuring compliance with all state and federal regulatory requirements. The primary functions include staffing, recruitment, and the overall employment process. Additionally, the Recruitment Manager oversees the candidate target strategies, and creative sourcing strategies. This position also oversees the internal transfer and promotions process by working collaboratively with department managers and Team Member Relations to ensure successful transfers and promotions. The Recruitment Manager is responsible for the maintenance and updates of the applicant tracking system, updating and creating SOPs (standard operating procedures) for recruitment practices and processes, and opening service requests if the ATS is not functioning properly.
Essential Functions:
1. Responsible for redefining hospitality at Graton Resort & Casino while living, supporting, and promoting our values.
2. Lead sourcing and recruiting initiatives and processes to leverage networking and Team Member referrals.
3. Ensure compliance with all state and federal employment regulations.
4. Streamline tracking reporting and analysis.
5. Responsible for supervising the work of the Recruiter and the Recruiting Coordinators.
6. Manage the internal transfer application process.
7. Oversee the sourcing and selection process for current and future opportunities.
8. Establish recruiting requirements by studying organization plans and objectives, meeting with hiring managers to discuss needs.
9. Improve Organization attractiveness by recommending new policies and practices, emphasizing benefits and perks.
10. Build research strategies to support the growing needs of the organization.
11. Evolve recruiting process to become more streamlined and innovative.
12. Work closely with hiring managers throughout the recruiting process to ensure hiring needs are met.
13. Manage and monitor Graton Resort & Casino’s online presence through hiring platforms (such as LinkedIn).
14. Manage special projects through all aspects of creating and implementing action plans.
15. Create from scratch, modify, or review job descriptions.
16. Update all SOPs when applicant tracking system has an update or change.
17. Open service requests and follow up with ADP when applicant tracking system does not function properly.
18. Train, coach and develop Recruiting Coordinators and Recruiter.
19. Other duties as assigned.
