Essential Job Functions And Responsibilities
- Maintains and configures application to ensure application integrity and reliability:
- Tunes application to run smoothly.
- Implements enhancements to improve reliability, performance, and functionality.
- Creates and maintains files, standard reports, and ad-hoc reporting.
- Maintains application security.
- Responds to service requests.
- Prepares technical requests for program development, logic, coding, and corrections:
- Documents and communicates systems support issues to end-users.
- Contributes to test plan creation, testing, debugging, and installation support of an application.
- May have responsibility for performance and coaching of staff and may have a participatory role in decisions regarding talent selection, development, and performance management for direct reports.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
Education: Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience.
Field of Study: Information Technology, Business or a related discipline.
Experience: Generally, a minimum of 6 years of related experience.
- Must have managed an application or been an application owner
- Must have worked extensively with an Offshore Team
- Must have worked with a SAAS product (vendor owned)
