Essential Job Functions And Responsibilities

• Maintains and configures application to ensure application integrity and reliability:
• Tunes application to run smoothly.
• Implements enhancements to improve reliability, performance, and functionality.
• Creates and maintains files, standard reports, and ad-hoc reporting.
• Maintains application security.
• Responds to service requests.
• Prepares technical requests for program development, logic, coding, and corrections:
• Documents and communicates systems support issues to end-users.
• Contributes to test plan creation, testing, debugging, and installation support of an application.
• May have responsibility for performance and coaching of staff and may have a participatory role in decisions regarding talent selection, development, and performance management for direct reports.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
  

Job Requirements

Education: Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience.

Field of Study: Information Technology, Business or a related discipline.

Experience: Generally, a minimum of 6 years of related experience.

• Must have managed an application or been an application owner
• Must have worked extensively with an Offshore Team
• Must have worked with a SAAS product (vendor owned)
