If so.....Greenfield Rehabilitation Agency is looking for an amazing Senior Community Coordinator/Physical Therapist Assistant to join our team serving aging adults within Senior Communities and Skilled Nursing Facilities in Wausau, Stevens Point and surrounding communities. This opportunity spends the most time in patient care but also supports our Regional Director with supplemental oversight of our therapists’ treating patients. This position is the contact for the Administrators of our partner facilities and markets our services to new and existing partners. This is an amazing opportunity for an experienced Physical Therapist Assistant who wants to utilize and mentor their talents generating strong clinical outcomes in the most functional of settings...the patient's home.

Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited school with an associate degree as a Physical Therapy Assistant.
- Certification by the State of Wisconsin to practice as a Physical Therapy Assistant.
