Overview of Position

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Accounts Receivable Clerk to join our Accounting and Finance team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the receipt, processing, and accounting of payments to Groove Technology Solutions. Your attention to detail and strong communication skills will be key as you ensure timely collections, audit accounts, and maintain accurate invoicing. This is an in-office position based in Midvale, Utah

What you’ll own

Manage collections for past-due accounts

Process customer payments (cash, ACH, checks, and credit cards)

Communicate with customers via email and phone (inbound/outbound calls)

Oversee recurring monthly billings and generate new billings promptly

Create and send daily service billings and monthly customer statements

Audit and maintain customer accounts to ensure correct information and billing accuracy

Support additional accounting functions as needed

Experience and skills you’ll have

2 years of experience in Accounts Receivable and Collections

Strong customer service and communication skills

Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel) and G Suite

Experience with accounting software programs

Excellent organizational and time management skills

Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving abilities

Ability to work independently and collaboratively

Experience in industries like transportation, hospitality, or commercial sectors is a plus (but not required)
