United National Life Company of America (UNL) is proud to provide supplemental insurance coverage to Americans throughout the country. This role reports to the Supervisor at UNL, and plays a key role on the UNL team by providing support to both our contracted/prospective agents as well as the sales team.
What you’ll be doing:
- Assisting and interacting with existing and prospective agents via phone, and responding to daily inquiries via phone, email, and fax
- Working as part of a small, collaborative, upbeat team while providing administrative support to management and peers
- Assisting our sales team with weekly and monthly reports generated in Excel
- Other related duties and special projects as needed
What you should bring to the table:
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills, especially via phone
- Service-focused, proactive, organized and excited about finding solutions
- 1 years of sales support and/or customer service experience
- Excel and Adobe experience
- Associate’s degree preferred; insurance industry experience a plus
