Job Details This is a key senior leadership position, reporting the SVP, Human Resources and Chief Human Resource Officer and serving on the HR Leadership Team (HRLT). The Vice President, Total Rewards has overall accountability for the strategic planning and execution of creating best-in-class programs and policies required to attract and retain the best talent in our industry as we build our collaborative, performance-driven culture. This position takes the lead role in the overall design and delivery of the components within executive compensation as well as the company’s total reward programs. This includes oversight to health benefits, 401K, annual merit increases, bonus plans and long-term incentives. This role will stay informed of the evolution of salary and total compensation designs across the industry to ensure that the company is able to effectively attract and retain employees from a pay/rewards perspective. Additionally, this leader will have regular contact and will serve as a critical liaison and advisor to our executive leadership team, chief financial officer, and board of directors. The individual will be a knowledgeable and hands-on leader, who is committed to excellence and developing highly effective programs and policies that intersect across compensation, benefits, finance, HR, talent & HR operational teams Lead the strategy, design and execution of the company’s global compensation, equity, benefits and recognition programs to help us attract and retain the best talent while balancing our financial and business objectives Provide oversight and delivery of Executive Compensation Committee materials in partnership with the Chief Human Resources Officer Manage compensation initiatives such as annual merit planning, annual bonus plans, benefits renewals, audits, equity awards, Employee Stock Purchase Plan (ESPP) Benchmark existing programs and evaluate market trends to make recommendations to enhance programs Provide strategic direction and oversight to the benefits function that results in effective and efficient management of programs and partners (negotiate favorable renewals, manage open enrollment processes, robust employee communication plans, wellness and health education initiatives, etc.) Develop and deliver communications that help our employees understand and appreciate the value of their total compensation, inclusive of benefits, base, bonus, equity, programs related to holistic wellbeing, etc. Develops models for compiling, preparing, and presenting data to the executive leadership team & board of directors Supervise and lead a team of professionals responsible for providing multiple levels of service across the business and proactively manage multiple projects to ensure we continuously evaluate, improve and ensure effectiveness of programs Partners with Finance and Legal on all anticipated issues or matters; assist in M&A matters as required EEO Policy Statement Pay Transparency: Residents of certain locations, including Colorado and New York City, may be entitled to additional information about the potential range of compensation and benefits associated with this position.
