- Develop menus in collaboration with chefs, considering dietary restrictions and client preferences.
- Manage inventory and ordering of food supplies, ensuring compliance with food safety regulations.
- Oversee the setup and breakdown of catering events, ensuring all equipment is properly maintained.
- Utilize POS systems for tracking orders, payments, and inventory management.
