Hanbury is seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Marketing and Communications Graphic Designer to join out architecture firm and collaborate with marketing and design teams and remotely across seven other office locations. In this role, you will apply your graphic design expertise and visualization skills to support marketing and business development efforts, translate architectural ideas into compelling visual narratives, and develop high-quality graphic materials that strengthen the firm's brand and competitive position.
Job Responsibilities:
Communications
- Translate architectural, planning, and urban design concepts into clear, audience-focused visual narratives.
- Coordinate with internal teams to align visual messaging with project goals, firm priorities, and target audiences.
- Create visual content for internal and external communications, including presentations, digital content, and firm announcements.
- Develop graphics for websites, social media, and digital platforms in coordination with marketing and communications teams.
- Promote the firm’s mission, culture, and core values through consistent and effective visual communication
Marketing
- Support firm-wide marketing and business development efforts, including proposals, pursuits, interviews, and client presentations.
- Partner with marketing and firm leadership to develop visually compelling materials that strengthen the firm’s brand and competitive position.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create collateral such as proposals, brochures, project sheets, award submissions, and promotional materials.
- Design and produce high-quality graphic assets including layouts, infographics, diagrams, maps, and branded templates.
- Establish and maintain graphic standards and visual systems to ensure consistency across marketing and communications materials.
- Support marketing campaigns, rebranding initiatives, and special firm-wide marketing efforts.
