The Key Accounts team in Phoenix are looking for a proactive and dynamic Account Manager - focused on identifying new recruitment opportunities with clients and growing existing client accounts.
What you’ll be doing
This is a hands-on Client relationship role. You’ll be billing, building on relationships and identifying new relationships with potential clients to provide recruitment services. There will be some delivery work managing candidate processes and offers.
Leadership & Team Development
- Long term, there will be the scope to lead, coach, and grow a team of 360 recruitment consultants
- Drive a high-performance culture through structure, coaching, and accountability
Client Development & Account Management
- Manage and grow strategic client relationships across verticals and regions
- Own the commercial side, terms negotiation, pitch leadership, and partnership strategy
- Ensure your team delivers an exceptional experience to clients at every stage
Candidate Sourcing & Delivery
- Set the standard for candidate engagement—headhunting, qualifying, and placing top talent
- Maintain a customer-first approach with a strong focus on compliance and diversity
- Build long-term candidate relationships and a solid talent pipeline
