The Role:
This is a great opportunity for someone who wants to build a real product and see it used by real people solving real-world problems. As a Founding Full Stack Engineer, you’ll work across the stack to ship new features, improve the platform’s performance, and help the team scale with intention. You’ll be a core part of a tight-knit, mission-driven engineering team that values speed, clarity, and craftsmanship. Here’s what you’ll be doing:
- Own and deliver full product features, from idea to shipped code, across areas like HR tools, field ops, and integrations
- Build clean, reliable backend services in Python, and develop intuitive APIs that power our AI workflows
- Work on user-facing features and frontend components that help customers move faster and make better decisions
- Collaborate closely with product, design, and go-to-market teams to understand problems and shape the right solutions
- Use AWS to scale and secure our infrastructure as we grow
- Talk to customers, learn how they work, and make the product better based on what you hear
- Help improve our engineering practices and internal tools so we can move even faster
Requirements:
- You care deeply about building great products and solving problems for real users
- You’ve built and shipped complex systems, and you’re comfortable owning features end-to-end
- You’re fluent across the stack, backend, frontend, APIs, data, and know your way around Python and AWS
- You like working in small, fast-moving teams where autonomy and initiative are valued
- You’re curious, collaborative, and not afraid to dive into something new or unclear
- You enjoy talking to users and seeing your work in action
The Benefits:
Base salary of $190,000 - $220,000 plus meaningful equity. Full benefits including health, dental, vision, and 401(k).
