We are working with a fast-growing Series B startup developing modern software solutions to streamline workforce operations, compliance, and real-time coordination across dynamic teams. With strong revenue and customer traction, the company is expanding its platform and product suite rapidly in 2025.
The Role:
As a Full Stack Software Engineer, you’ll help design and deliver high-impact features that solve real-world problems for operational and back-office teams. You’ll work across the stack, contribute to product strategy, and help define engineering norms during a period of rapid scale.
Responsibilities include:
- Leading development of mission-critical features end-to-end
- Collaborating on system design and platform architecture
- Improving engineering productivity through tooling and process
- Engaging directly with users to validate feedback and guide product direction
- Contributing to team culture and best practices as the company scales
Requirements:
- Experience as a full stack engineer in a fast-growing SaaS company
- Proven success owning large, complex technical projects
- Strong frontend/backend skills (React, Node/Express, APIs, UIs)
- User-first, product-driven mindset
- Comfort operating independently in fast-paced, ambiguous environments
- Modular thinking and experience building scalable infrastructure
- Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills
The Benefits:
Base salary of $170,000 - $210,000 plus equity. This role also includes health, dental, vision, 401(k).
