The Manager of Live Slots is the primary lead overseeing the operation, planning and performance of the Remote Reels: Caesars premium live slots product line. Seeking an experienced slot performance and operations leader to guide the online casino organization through the execution of the strategy for Remote Reels. This role works closely with the Vice President of iGaming to extract the most incremental value from live slot offerings.

This role works closely with the Vice President of iGaming to extract the most incremental value from live slot offerings.
Essential Job Functions
- Executes and assists in the development of the strategy for the live slots offering, ensuring alignment with broader online casino goals.
- Oversees daily live slot operations, ensuring games operate according to specification, meeting regulatory guidelines.
- Manages the roadmap of new live slot game launches, promotions and feature enhancements.
- Optimizes occupancy and capacity of live slots offering.
- Establishes change management process for live slots content, thoroughly identifying all regulatory, external and internal requirements necessary to operate.
- Ensures live slots offerings adhere to regulatory reporting requirements.
- Provides insight to content and tech teams to enhance the presentation of live slots content across online casino platforms.
- Monitors and reports on key performance indicators, identifying actions to achieving objectives and growing the product line.
- Assists marketing and commercial teams to plan and execute promotions and campaigns geared towards driving incremental business value.
- Provides insight on player behavior to shape future promotional activities.

- Must be able to bend, crouch, kneel, twist and work at a desk/counter when performing functions of the job
- 3 years of experience working in a management role in the online casino industry.
- Ability to travel periodically and as-needed to live slot studios.
- Experience in roles requiring management of a highly regulated process. Experience in property slot performance management is desirable.
