Your new role:

• Deliver high-quality energy analysis with minimal oversight.
• Delegate tasks effectively to junior team members.
• Develop and articulate value propositions based on limited client information.
• Communicate concisely and logically with clients and project stakeholders.
• Collaborate with sub-contractors and other stakeholders to implement energy projects.

What you’ll need to succeed:

• Proficiency in energy modeling software and spreadsheets.
• Strong understanding of energy economics.
• Excellent client communication and management skills.
• Knowledge of energy audit and retro-commissioning processes.
• Familiarity with NY/NJ utility incentive programs (ConEd, NYSERDA, NJ SmartStart).
• Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
• Knowledge of energy project finance and funding methods.
