Job Description: Network Data
· Role is working at the customers Data Center on a 24x7x365 shift schedule :
· Good IP networking fundamentals and experience in the application of IP protocols; working knowledge of OSPF, EIGRP and BGP and application of these protocols in large distributed networks
· Troubleshoot enterprise routing with BGP, OSP and QoS. Manage and troubleshoot switch network using knowledge and experience with Cisco products
· DC configured on Cisco routers and NEXUS switches; troubleshoot enterprise WLAN infrastructure such as Access Points from Cisco as well as the management platform WLAN Controllers; good understanding of 4G/5G WAN routers.
· Comprehensive network analysis fundamentals and robust troubleshooting skills. Four or more years of experience in a similar environment plus Cisco certifications. Good communications and documentation skills.
Key Responsibilities
· To adhere to quality standards, regulatory requirements and company policies. To ensure positive customer experience through timely resolution of managed network incidents. to independently resolve tickets and ensure that the agreed SLA's are met or exceeded.

Compensation and Benefits
A candidate’s pay within the range will depend on their skills, experience, education, and other factors permitted by law. This role may also be eligible for performance-based bonuses subject to company policies. In addition, this role is eligible for the following benefits subject to company policies: medical, dental, vision, pharmacy, life, accidental death & dismemberment, and disability insurance; employee assistance program; 401(k) retirement plan; 10 days of paid time off per year (some positions are eligible for need-based leave with no designated number of leave days per year); and 10 paid holidays per year
Salary : $43,000 - $80,000
