Hands-on experience over Cisco and Aruba Wireless solution.
Troubleshoot Layer 2 and Layer 3 Datacenter (DC) network infrastructure running ACI
Manage and Troubleshoot switch network configured with MST, RPVST, Ether-channel, Dot1Q Trunking, Pruning, etc
Hands-on-experience in designing, deployment/implementation and troubleshooting Aruba SDWAN, Aruba Central Wireless, Cisco ISE/ Aruba Clearpass, F5 Load Balancer - LTM/GTM/Viprion,
Good understanding or hands-on-experience on the Private Cloud setup and various connectivity option with on-premises network
Hands-on-experience working on SASE (Secure Access Service Edge) solution like Cisco Umbrella, Zscaler or Palo Alto Prisma and its integration with SDWAN
Understanding of Next Generation Firewall setup and basic hands-on over Firewall logs review
Understanding of end-to-end data flows and traffic patterns (Wireshark).
Provides support to new business opportunities. Takes an active role in bids and supports the transition and implementation of new business (including new service offers).
In conjunction with the Accounts / Sales teams stimulates & defines requirements for new services in line with Service Line Strategy. Ensures such offerings are professionally introduced, accepted and deliverable
Should be able to lead global transformation programs.

(1.) To identify attrition percentage in accounts and take up initiatives to reduce the same (2.) To perform value addition activities (CIP & SIP) and implement strategies to improve productivity. (3.) To implement Profit Implement Plan (PIP), review Budget vs. Actual Cost and analyse the deviation to plan strategies to reduce deviation through levers like Automation & self-driven initiatives. (4.) To ensure retention of accounts that are due for renewal or maintain high level of customer satisfaction (ACSAT) (5.) To ensure that all responsibilities and project deliverables are completed within SLAs through effective team management and monthly reviews (6.) To ensure generation of an account level EE & EN revenue (7.) To ensure absorption of freshers as per the defined account targets

Compensation and Benefits
A candidate’s pay within the range will depend on their skills, experience, education, and other factors permitted by law. This role may also be eligible for performance-based bonuses subject to company policies. In addition, this role is eligible for the following benefits subject to company policies: medical, dental, vision, pharmacy, life, accidental death & dismemberment, and disability insurance; employee assistance program; 401(k) retirement plan; 10 days of paid time off per year (some positions are eligible for need-based leave with no designated number of leave days per year); and 10 paid holidays per year
Salary : $56,000 - $106,000
