Position: Licensed Practical Nurses (LPN)

Location: Ellsworth, MNPay Rage: $27.00/hr. to $32.00/hr.

HealthSmart Pro is looking for dedicated Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to join our team on a per-diem basis. This role offers flexibility and an opportunity to deliver exceptional patient care in a variety of healthcare settings.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide direct nursing care to patients under the supervision of RNs and physicians.
• Administer medications and monitor patient responses.
• Perform routine patient assessments and document observations.
• Assist with wound care, catheterizations, and other medical procedures.
• Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure continuity of care.
• Educate patients and families about treatment plans and post-care instructions.
• Maintain compliance with all healthcare regulations and standards.
  
  

Qualifications:

• Current Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in Minnesota.
• Graduate of an accredited nursing program.
• Current CPR/BLS certification.
• 2 Step PPD
• 1 year of clinical nursing experience preferred.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to adapt quickly in dynamic healthcare environments.
