The Plant Clerk role is based in Pavilion, NY. This position reports directly to the Operations Manager.
What You’ll Get To Do
- Provide administrative support for plant and sales management.
- Help answer billing questions for internal and external queries.
- Responsible for credit card and/or check receivables for RMC business
- Manage tax certificates.
- Enter and Maintain pricing data in Accounts Receivable system.
- Intermediate or greater proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Demonstrated ability to multi-task and the flexibility to adapt to changing business situations.
- Ability and motivation to meet the requirements of the job, which may include extended hours and irregular schedules
- High school diploma GED
- Associates Degree
- Role operates primarily a professional office environment, but requires conducting business at manufacturing locations and job sites where the conditions include moving mechanical equipment, inclement weather, heat, humidity, and elevated noise levels.
